Her career has taken her through the full journey of the industry — from working as a Food Technician to leading as a Quality Manager and Head of Quality, before moving into consultancy and building her own businesses. That journey matters, because it means she understands what it’s actually like to work inside these systems, not just advise on them from the outside.
Cecilia has deep expertise in ISO/FSSC 22000 and IFS standards, and has supported a wide range of businesses through certifications, audits, and full system implementations. As a recognised IFS consultant, she brings a level of knowledge that is both highly specialised and genuinely practical — the kind that helps things run smoothly, not just look correct on paper.

Sofie Larsson is a consultant at Livsmedelskonsulten and Food Certification Group, bringing a thoughtful, structured approach to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Starting as a biomedical analyst and moving through roles in laboratory work, analytical chemistry, and quality engineering, Sofie has built a broad and practical understanding of how systems function — not just in theory, but in day-to-day operations.
Sofie works closely with standards such as ISO/FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and IFS, and has hands-on experience with HACCP, internal audits, and system implementation. She also brings valuable knowledge in areas such as labelling, traceability, and EU regulatory frameworks — always with a focus on making requirements clear and workable. What really sets Sofie apart, though, is how she works with people. She believes in being open, clear, and genuinely understanding — making sure clients feel heard and supported.
