What made the biggest difference for you in the work towards certification?
"Your compliance, you were there to exactly the extent we needed all the way even though we were poorly able to define our need in advance. The implementation of the internal audit was also crucial, without it we would not have been as well equipped for the audit as we were."
How did our support affect your results or your confidence before the audit?
"It was greatly affected. Both because we ourselves did not have sufficient knowledge in the field, and because we would not have made it in time if we had not received the often quick and well-directed help that we received. It was incredibly nice to have a sounding board when the questions became many."
